As I mentioned in my email of a couple of weeks ago, I attended the 2009 Promotional Products trade show in Sydney last week. As usual, it was a very big show, with an enourmous range of new and innovative products out there to help you sell your business.
This year I had a renewed interest and enthusiasm for the show, as several of you contacted me after my offer to look out for something for you, so I had a list in hand of specific clients with specific needs. It really worked well because I was able to keep those people in mind and ask detailed questions on behalf of those clients. Apart from sore feet, I also came away with new suppliers, new ideas, and new ways to market just about anybody or anything.
Apart from the ideas I had for those clients who responded to the original email, I also came away with a list of about 20 new and innovative products to tell you about. My "Pick of the Show" list.
After much debate and discussion here in the office, we have narrowed that list down to just six items, and believe me, it was tough to narrow it down. A lot of our suppliers have tried really hard in the current economic climate to be creative. That's good news for you!

Advent Calendars
I'm always asked at Christmas time for "something different". These advent calendars fit the bill. Perfect for those pre Christmas visits to say thank you for the years trade, and at a budget that means you can say thanks to your top 100- 250 without breaking the bank.
Our calendars contain 25 or 30 pieces of delicious Cadbury milk chocolate (dark & white chocolate also available on request), or for double personalisation, we can even mould the chocolates with your logo too
The box is full colour printed on all sides with your own design, and features a flip-out tab to allow wall hanging. Advent Calendars have festive designs behind each chocolate as standard, and for a small extra charge, these can also be customised to your own design. We can also print on the rear of each door. Advent Calendars have 25 doors/chocolates and Countdown Calendars have 30. Both are available all year round which allows them to be used at any time for new product launches, special offers, promotions etc
