“Go Ride A Wave”
BRIEF / SCOPE:
Our client initially required a range of tees to promote their surf school.
The target market was teenagers and young adults.
The goal was to have a variety of tees which were funky and appealing to both the male & female market.
The product needed to be desirable across the demographic and be delivered within a set budget.
RESULTS: In the six months since we started working with Go Ride A Wave, Black Dog Promotions have supplied tees, lanyards, corporate umbrellas and singlets, with more products in the future.
Central Geelong City Management
BRIEF / SCOPE:Client required a product to be part of the launch of their new website. The product had to be suitable for delivery via the postal system. The product needed to be pleasing to the eye, of a high quality and useful to business people.The target market was organisations and businesses in the central Geelong Business District. The goal was to drive traffic to the website and highlight the long term benefits of the website to CBD businesses, and keep the web address front of mind for an extended period of time. The client had a set budget.
SOLUTION / RECOMMENDATION:The client and their design team, together in consultation with Black Dog Promotions agreed upon a computer related item and from this, created a full colour, mailable mouse mat.
RESULTS:Due to its attractive, attention getting colour and high perceived value, the mouse mat was well received and utilised by the CBD businesses. The client was very pleased that Black Dog Promotions were able to provide a suitable item within budget and on time. A repeat order with a very short lead time has been filled again to the client’s satisfaction.
CLIENT:
Hamlan Homes
BRIEF / SCOPE:Client required products for gifts / rewards / incentives for staff members. The client is a regular annual customer who needs a different variety of gifts each year within a set budget. The target market was both male and female staff and sub-contractors. The goal was to provide gifts of a high perceived value to express the gratitude of the company to the staff and contractors without exceeding budget limitations.
SOLUTION / RECOMMENDATION:Each year Black Dog Promotions has provided Hamlan with a range of gifts including umbrellas, kit bags, thermal insulated bags, cork screws, stubby holders and coasters.
RESULTS:
Each year the company has been very happy with the feedback from staff. The client has been very pleased Black Dog Promotions is consistently able to deliver original, high value ideas on time, and within budget.
CLIENT:
Condobolin Menswear
BRIEF / SCOPE: Client required a shirt to be provided to organising committee members of a large B & S Ball. The target market was local business people and parents. The goal was to provide committee members with an exclusively designed shirt to not only thank them for their part in the organisation, but to make them highly visible on the event night. The client had a set budget.
SOLUTION / RECOMMENDATION: A custom polo shirt was designed by Black Dog Promotions. The customer was able to choose colours for the main body of the shirt, the collars, and the sleeve cuffs. Bright pink and white was the final choice!
RESULTS:
The client was very pleased that Black Dog Promotions were able to provide a suitable item within budget and on time. The committee members were pleased to have a shirt which was exclusive to themselves A repeat order is being considered which includes a high number of custom made beanies.
